Singles - all singles will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class unless selected otherwise

Small Parcels - small parcels (ETB's Booster Box) will be shipped via Royal Mail 48hr unless selected otherwise

Large Parcels - Large parcels (Multiple ETB's & Booster boxes) will be shipped via Royal Mail 24Hr unless selected otherwise

If you require to make any changes to your order you can do so right up to the point of it being shipped.

You have the right to return any item in the condition it was sent for any reason within 30 days

Single cards - we accept returns on singles if you're unhappy with the condition please contact us via messenger or email if you have any issues.

Sealed Product - you may return sealed product, however it must be returned in a sealed condition, we will not be able to accept or refund any orders where the factory seal has been broken

Lost in Post, Damaged & Delayed orders - you're entitled to a full refund if your order is delayed, arrived damaged or has been lost in transit
